Definition:Oneμg of tyrosine produced by one-minute hydrolyzing of casein by 1 gram of 537-acidic protease powder(1ml of 537-acidic protease solution),under the condition of 40℃& pH=3.0,is defined as one active enzyme unit: u/g(u/ml).
